FX-6300 will come out ahead (labi na kung naka OC'd) buying better/faster GPU from money saved - specially gaming rig where GPU matters more than ever......if budget dictates it, get FX 6300 and a 280x would be better in games than an i5 with a 270x.

    CPU: Intel i5-4460 = 8,150 PHP; AMD FX-6300 = 4,000 PHP........more than 50% ang diperensya

Intel Core i5 4460 vs AMD FX 6300

huh? the results has it, i5 over the fx6300

Intel Core i5-4460 vs. AMD FX-6300 - Benchmark & CPU Comparison - compare CPU at cpu-monkey

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz compare AMD FX-6300 CPU

and wa man g indicate na mag OC si TS

and if second hand CPU lang pud ang paliton like you posted from TPC, then the i7 3770 from Buys n Sell section the best option at PhP7K

then Paresan ug PhP2.2K na Gigabyte H61M-DS2
    + GTx960

Brand new ang FX 6300 (4,000 php).....TS wala mo indicate OC kai ang i5 dili pwede, ang FX dali ma OC.

    i7 3770 (used) 7,000php; FX 6100 (used) 3,200php.....more than 50% gi.hapon ang diperensya
    TipidPC.com | AM3+, Gigabyte AMD Motherboards M68MT 78LMT 880GM 990FXA Series, TipidPC.com | VC Sapphire R9-270X 4G GDDR5 DUAL-X 256bit.....mura man sub ko ug TipidPC vendor ni.ani.

Salamat kaayo sa mga suggestions! I-take into consideration nako inyung mga build suggestions.

Sa SSD, plano unta nako ani kay para ra sa OS pero murag kaya ra man pud guro sa HDD no?
tapos sa Monitor, mag 18.5 lang sa ko for now para makatipid ko sa parts. haha!

Sa PSU, murag available diri ang VS450 so basig kana guro akong pili.on if ever.

Anyways, mga end of november pa man pud guro ko mupalit so dako pa ug time.

    Salamat kaayo!

P.S. Plano nako mu.upgrade guro to 960 or higher in the future, okay na ba ang 450 or 500W na PSU?

For a 30k Gaming RIG budget:

    SPECS:
    CPU: Intel i5-4460 = 8,150 PHP
    MOBO: Asus H81M-K = 2,400 PHP
    RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x4GB 1866Mhz = 2,500 PHP
GPU: Asus GTX 960 Strix = 10,550 PHP
    HDD: Western Digital 1TB = 2,350 PHP
    PSU: Corsair VS450 = 1,700 PHP
    CASE: CoolerMaster N200 = 1,500 PHP

    Total Price: 29,150 PHP
Nice build Sir, Try nako mangita anang case kay sulit kaayo kung tag 1,500 na diri. haha! try sa nako mag.save for monitor and GPU na 960 or higher.

Mag 750 ti sa ko, then i.upgrade nako to 20+ inch akong monitor sa sunod along with the GPU. So, mga 15k siguro? unless mag.cheaper.

Salamat sa build suggestion! Especially sa prices. Gamit kaayo ni for comparison.

Not a good option bro if you'll get the GTX 750 ti and upgrade it to a GTX 960 in the future, sayang2 lang ka's imong kwarta, the price difference between the two is just so close, so it's much better you get the GTX 960 directly by spending a few bucks more rather than getting a GTX 750 Ti in w/c mag gasto2 napod ka kay ibaligya nimo kay mag upgrade ka! It's really not a good option if you'll get an 18" monitor for a GTX 960 it's just too overkill, better plan your build ahead before you jump into something else. Kay resulta ana magmahay nya ka! Unya in the future, ma dispose ra imong current HW parts kay mag upgrade na pod ka.

Sa RAM, even if it's 1333mhz/1600mhz/1866mhz, it's not noticeable during gaming, gmay ra kaayo og deperensya sa performance ani, unless if you'll do benchmark, .and again 8GB would be enough and recommended for Gaming, sayang2 lang ka sa imong kwarta if mag 16GB ka. .

For SSD, if ma stretch pa imong budget, you can get at least a 60GB SSD for your OS only and some basic apps, if not then HDD will just be fine.. a 450W PSU would be enough for a GTX 960
