you can always look for CGI IRC, google it.. however some sites will only allow IRC connection to certain networks/channels. while on others, you can put there the IRC server of your choice.
here's an example - http://www.mtl2600.org/cgi-bin/irc.cgi?adv=1
there are lots, just google dork it.
Opera has a "Chat" feature, which allows you to access mIRC channels within the browser.. not really web based, but if you're chatting within the browser, it's the same thing, right? hehe
yep, same as with firefox.. you may add chatzilla on it.
but it is a default feature in Opera. hehe.
OT: sayanga pud aning opera oi, nindot ta kaayo og features, di lang mo-tarong og display sa mga web pages.. i hope the new version will do better
unsaon pag chat sa mirc gamit ang firefox?
hehe you can use Netherlands undernet web-based java applet.
http://irc.netsplit.de/webchat/?net=Undernet&room=%23[channel]&nick=[nickname]
just change [channel] and [nickname] to your liking.
after that if you're unable to connect to oslo2.undernet... just type in /server us.undernet.org 6667
then you're all set. ^____^ welcome to the old school internet relay chat lol...
**edit: typo on the url ^___^
