(Naa ko friend na charge ani kay nasayop daw ug action sa account sa customer sa usa ka BPO nga na BANKRUPT na karon ..haha)

--> IMHO - such a silly law for a government who cant even properly prosecute child molesters, murderers, rapists, robbers... such a shame. Mao palang ni ilang unahon? Useless man ni nga balaod.. ang mga walay sala maamong kay wala may tarong nga hustisya.. even the prosecutors dont even know how to properly investigate cases like this...

THE INNOCENT LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS will suffer jail-time for only a basis of TECHNICALITY ..
IMPLEMENTING agencies are JUST NOT capable or reliable even in real-world crimes..
    CYBER-CRIME pa kaha?
