    Thankfully naka cope up nko ani. Nakasuway napud ko hyperventilate.
    Mao ni ako gipang buhat sa pag ayo ani:
    -exercise
    -eat healthy food
    -communication
    -think positive
    -pray
    -keep yourself busy

    Hopefully kato sad nag suffer ug panic attacks mabalik ang normal na life.

    Hala mao jud ni nahitabo nako kto last year! Wait ha..lastyear ba 'to or kto this year? Tanan imo gi explain bro exactly mao jud hitabo-a nko aie... I was too worried for something nga impulsive pajud ko I want it done right away but naa instances dili pjud pwede dha2x daun then mao to panic attack jud diay to ky ingon man ang doctor (hospital) nga nag hyperventilate daw ko. Nang gahi lagi lawas nko. Ako tiil dili nko ka tarung lakaw, as in d nko sya ma control ky numb nga gahi sya..and ako hands dili nko ma move nga gustuhon nko, dli ma fold, then ako head pirting bug-ata. Then pgka uli nko gkan hosp. naa pa bad news (about sa business) nisugat nko then ni kalit naa murg nisaka ako ulo nga murag nibug-at napud. Mao diay 'to. Thanks sa explanation bro.

    P.S.: The doctor told me nag hyperventilate ko ky nagka anxiety attack daw.

    One thing pud aning anxiety disorder, yaw kaayo ug salig anang mga drugs na pangpakalma. Much better do something na malingaw ka. Maybe yoga or do some exercise. Walking also helps a lot. Healthy pa...pang pa fit pa jud

    I worry a lot before since ato na incident ky ako na gi-lessen ako pgka worry freak. hehe
    I changed my lifestyle, since then okay na. Naa times mg worry ko maau pero ma handle na nko.
