i always had a bad service in kfc sm. 1 time, im with my fam. we ordered a bucket meal.
as I know it consists of parts with
3-4 large parts(breast, thigh parts, reeb)
4-5 small parts(drumstick, wings)
the cashier asked me there are no large parts available that if id be willing to wait for 15 minutes
I said yes. after 20 minutes, YES 20 minutes, the bucket came
to my surprise, it has 8 drumsticks, i was so angry that i want to complain
but my dad, being a very considerate person, told me to not mind complaining and we'll just start our dinner.
there are so many times that i stated correctly during takeouts as i order 2pcs chicken to have a breast/ thigh for large part and wings/ drumstick
for small part but when i open it at home, it's either both drumstick or wings and drumstick.

i was with my gf buying her wireless router
we go smoothly on the sales dept, as well as our payment to the cashier.
as we were in the releasing dept, there's only 1 staff serving and the others
are just easting their snacks and laughing around. there's a guy buying 4 sets of pc's
in front of me. i was the next in line with my 1 router and there are also 3 customers waiting.
while the staff check the computer parts on the guy, which took him too long,
i ask him, ' bai ikaw ra usa ngari?'
he answered back as if im praising him
he said, ' ok raman sir '

i just want to ask. will the company being complained to know this or is this just a site so we will know whose service we are to avoid?
i think it's better if they know that their service is bad so they can improve.
