it was a shocker in the sense that he was way behind points and was knocked down in the 2nd round he was on the verge of defeat when he got lucky landing that punch that sent shockwaves all over taylors body. if you replay the fight again clearly pavlik had no answer to taylors punches he just got lucky. i wouldnt be surprised if taylor gets back his title in their rematch but my heart still goes to pavlik i dont like taylor he defeated and dethroned my idol bernard hopkins twice.

Taylor was with HBO no shocker why he was ahead on the judges scorecards...
if the fight did go the full 12 rounds no doubt Taylor would have won the fight again which will be another controversial decision just like his past 5 fights since he took the belt from B-Hop...
i'm glad Pavlik didn't let the judges decide the bout...
