Pinoy? Pacquiao, but Elorde can make a case. Pac made most of his wins by KO and "demolished" opponents while Elorde through pin-point accuracy. Pac has speed and power, while Elorde only has speed but lacks in power.

si pacman gyud kay superstar. elorde has won many gift decisions over nobodies. he wins when he fights in our country but usually losses when held abroad. he cant beat good boxers convicingly unlike pacman who demolishes great boxers. elorde maybe good but he's not great. imo, he's overrated by filipinos and i even place pancho villa ahead of him. but making it to the hall of fame is already a big achievement. and im pretty sure pacman will also be in the hall of fame when he retires.

elorde hands down. he had more fights than pacman does in any given year of their career. to take that kind of abuse at this generation of boxers would be unheard of. elorde stayed on top for so long despite the numerous fights. that makes him number 1. todays boxing is more into marketing and business.

just try to compare the quality of opposition elorde have over pacman. plus he defended his title only 7 times for 7 years. fighters like hopkins defended his title 14 times in 7 years, ricardo lopez defended his title 20 times for 7 years. thats what greatness is all about
