IMHO both Senator Francisco Escudero and Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio are right
in fact, i can even say that the Ph can afford to buy brand military gadgets for the AFP instead of surplus kay considering sa mga bilyones nga gikurakot ni Napoles so naa gyud diay kwarta
however, on second thought ... i guess that kun madugay man gani ma-release ang budget para mupalit brand-new then to buy second-hand is a good alternative than none-at-all kun magsige lang debate kun brand-new ba o surplus paliton
after all, i read before in an old online article nga it would be better to buy hand-me-down first as a transition kay lisud daw gikan driver trisikad ug pa-drive dayon luxury car nga mercedez benz ... ang sakto daw, trisikad driver - habal2x driver - jeepney driver - truck driver then ayha pa mercedenz benz or pwede sab skip lang truck driver ug deretso na mercedenz benz from being jeepney driver arun di makalitan
