Para sa ako.a swimming is good Exercise it actually burn some Fats in your Body.. specially Freestyle nga stroke. kay lihok jud tanan imu body. . . but it doesn't mean you keep on swimming just to loss weight on your body, you also need other exercise like jogging, biking, hiking, gym. and etc. . . once gud jung mag cge lang kag swimming ang imu ma burn nga fats sa mag ka dugay. kay gamay nlng kay na anad naman imu body. mao na nga time nga mag jogging lang sa ka.. after ana ma anad na imu body. lain napud nga exercise. .
