    Ngano kaha ni?

    In your case, you can monitor the number of days that you have no landline and internet connection. Then file for a bill adjustment base on that number of days that you had no connection or landline. Then go to their business office and ask for a bill adjustment.

    try to ping your router , if the connection is stable, then your Gateway IP na gi display sa pldt modem/router

    Wait lang bro, unsa mana ang "Gateway IP nga gi display sa pldt"?

    Mao rani akong gibuhat:
    Ni run kog cmd then ipconfig then ping nako ang IPv4 Address, 0% loss siya. Then gi ping pud nako ang Default Gateway, 0% pud siya.
