    This is coming from someone looking to get into the job. Of course, mausab na ang pay for someone who stays in the company. This was meant as a guide for people out there that are looking for a job and might want to compare and see what their options are.

    I was hoping that others will contribute, and improve on this. Especially those working in the mentioned companies. And by appraisal, you mean salary increases, right? That info is really hard to get, unless you know someone who works in that company. If you're working in Chase CUstomer service, would you care and give more info?

    I also work for Chase. I've asked my other colleagues who had worked for other BPOs/call centers before. They said Chase is definitely one of the companies that gives the highest appraisal. Based on the 27-30k that is already in the range of a senior service specialist and some are even higher than that range. A more accurate range for just a regular customer service representative would be around 18-24k. Hope this helps.

    Not necessarily mangilad ka per se. Basta willing lang ka makat-on, sundon nimo ang general idea sa sales script unya pa-sweet2x, makabaligya ra ka. Madala ra na sa rapport tanan and how well you know your products.
