why don't you just go to city hall and ask the questions there. You cannot rely sa mga istoryans kay that might not be correct. to be sure... city hall lang gyud.

As far as I know, foreigners can not own a business 100%, the foreign investor must have a Filipino partner with a 60-40 division in ownership.
