@wolfhound, try Simple Green APC - they're very good as well. They're ready to use and inexpensive.
Sure, the shampoo is mainly used to keep the brushes lubricated at all times. it's a cheap shampoo that I normally have in the cupboard for years now. You can do away with the shampoo but would need to have APC and/or a Degreaser depending on how dirty the wheels and tyres are.
Simple Green also has a degreaser which works quite well too, and they're inexpensive.
