Lisod kaayo na boss, there is no consumer protection or right man lang gani diri sa PayLippines.
adto ni i-kunsulta ni Papa Joe...sa Barranggay RT 12pm.
Nka try ko ani, PC shop sa ayala, pero after a day ra nko ge uli dayun kay wa ko ganahi.
lisod mani imong kaso ts ang valid reason nimo is dili ka ganahan sa item so imong e return. dili man ta pareha sa US na pwede ra uli even if nagamit na nimo for days. best solution is to sell it.
Just upgrade the thing, sa imong use kay student pa man, a celeron will do, BUT! upgrade the RAM to a single stick 8gb 1600mhz and replace the normal HDD to an SSD. Xaro ma.problema pah ka sa kahinay anah.. although processing power would more or less be the same, your general feel for the speed would drastically improve..
