before you meal drink 1 glass of water. you may eat same amount of rice but use black rice or brown rice instead. Watch your calorie input.

I wouldnt say excercise work but it tones my muscle and make it look better. for me its optional.
It will take a long time like in my case 1 year but the result is lasting.
I have a cousin who was really big when he was still a child. Then he lost all the weight with no exercise. And his skin looked loose, like an old man's.
Now, its improved, but still took a long time (couple of years or less? with no exercise).
So, if youre REALLY BIG and planning to lose weight, and if u dont want that to happen to u, u need to exercise.
