Standard of living is subjective.
How much is enough always differs from one person's point of view, to another.
The Company knows this and provided a clear process to determine this part with the aspirants.
The process regarding compensation is very clear.
First, you tell the Company how much you want.
On the application form given before the exam, write it next to the line, "Desired Salary".
Second, the Company tells you how much they can offer you.
That is written on your Job Order which only a few people should know.
From there, either you accept or decline for negotiation.
After that, two things can happen, they will consider your negotiation or withdraw the offer.
Sadly, those people who accepted the terms of the offer, complain and whine.
They signed it and agreed to it yet they still complain.
Naghatag sila consent pero magreklamo diri sa forum na kulang.
Mag start pa jud rumors.
About that other "rumor" sir batoktoy:
The exact words were, "Million Dollar company, not one decent camera".
Very different meaning from "Huge company but no budget for a high end camera".
