Hello, ngayo ko tabang suggestion, I bought a Lumia 535 android phone, and when I went home I charged it, and then at night I check the phone update, It needs to be update, so I updated it. after the update nag install na sya. pag balik ko gikan sa C.R shut down na ang phone, and dili na sya ma ON... murag na Dead phone na gyud sya, bcoz if ako e on balik, even I take out the battery and put it back, and to turn it on di na sya mu ON balik...
So now I have the receipt, I came back to the shop to demand for a replacement, because its just a 3days replacement. and im still withing the 3days. pag adto nko, ana ang sales person na e pa check daw sa technician, sa mabolo, so after lalis, gi tuman nko ila gusto ni adto ko, ako pay na HASOL... so karun nag huwat ko sa sa final report sa technician if its a dead phone na to be replace... but sa inyo opinion mga ka istoryan? diba dapat e replace nato ang phone? because even sila di nila ma ON ang phone, and nangita pa sila LUSOT na wala daw nko gi fully charge ang phone first before updating the phone, (which I myself is an android user, and wala pakoy phone na guba because wala nko gi charge ang phone. Full charge to akoa phone when I updated it) so now mga fellow istoryan, do u think na sakto to na ipa adto pag technician para mahibawan jud if dead phone, before nila e replace ang phone??
-- But pag palit nko sa phone kay ana sales person na 3days replacement balik ko didto and they didn't mention anything about going to technician first before going back to there Store... AKO nay nahasol, ako pay gipa adto sa technician, Ako nay nag bayad og CASH and dili credit card ako pay walay Cellphon na gamit karun....
Can I demand as a consumer right? pwede ba nko makiha sila if they don't give me the demand that I want? please First time man gud ni nahitabo sakoa... grrr
