sad to say if you join Stream nowadays di kana mka kuha ingon ani na sweldo. i was one of the lucky persons who started with eTel and worked my way up. if you don't believe then ask those people from the dell account na nangugat na diha sa company (kanang mga 5 years + na) and katong mga naka abot jud TSR 5... ky ila sweldo 38K + 3,000 non taxable allowance. wa pay apil night diff and holiday pay.

TS if you like sales and if you are good at it then try Xlibris and apply for Marketing Consultant or Publishing Consultant.. basic is 22k but if you can HIT your quota then your commission would even be higher as high as 60k, if you are really that good... Goodluck!
