Do you love to eat much? What food you love to eat ba and what food you hate eating? Since everything starts on what you eat, ingnon pa sila, you are what you eat, I suggest that every time you want to eat something na dili na man kailangan, purchase it but don't forget to purchase the food that you hate twice as much. Add that to the food you love and see what happens. Sa kadugayan, the food is just like a picture, you wont have any cravings for something kung dili pa nimo time talaga mukaon. In my case for example, i eat chocolates but then sa isa ka dako na bar,2 small blocks lang ako makaon, murag tilaw lang kung baga kay I don't feel like eating kay dili pa time sa ako kaon. I'm not on a diet, I eat what I want to eat but I don't eat much kung dili pa time for meal. It's not that I limit how I eat, it's just that my system got used to eating the right way.
