My Jap Spitz x Shih Tzu puppy, running 3 months old this june 15, got parvo. It was confirmed when we visited a vet clinic this afternoon. I decided not to proceed with the admission. It started yesterday, he was vomiting 4x or 5x. Since then, wala na syay gana mokaon or modrink ug water man lang. So I thought na, obserbahan sa nako iyang condition. Earlier this morning, murag okay na man sya. Pero noon time, kay dead tired na siya. As in flat nalang kaayo siya naghigda. Giasikaso nako, pagtaud2 nanay discharge nga dark and smelly na waste. Langsi iyang smell bitaw. So mao to girush daun namo sa vet clinic. So they advised me to go with his admission and then discussed with me the down payment (3k pesos down b4 ma.admit) and all. Then gidiscuss pud na dili assurance na if ipa.admit kay makasurvive ang puppy kay magdepende sa iyang reaction daw. And I called a friend, she said 50% chance of survival. So I chose to bring him back for home treatment. But allowed the vet to administer IV and then I signed waiver na i.gawas ra nako sya right after. Sakto ba akong nabuhat? Should I bring him back for admission? Or do you have home remedies for parvo treatment?
