    Wala ko nag SRP ganena kay basin dili ra kaayo traffic sa highway. sus pag abot sa tabunok grabe jd nuon ka trapik hinungdan mga jeep nga manghunong sa tunga kay mupick or munaog ang pasahero.. Kuwang jd kaayo sa disiplina ning atong mga PUJ driver

    Kani pd dre sa bulacao dapit gehimong parkinganan ang usa ka lane sa dalan resulta usa nlng ka lane magamit samot ka trapik. Naay CITOM pero walay gamit kay mura rag way nhtbo...

    Wala na jd tay paglaom aning mausab..

    2nd usa pud, ilisan ning mga multicab og dagko gyud nga jeep or even buses... nagpa samot sad ning volume sa multicab sa dalan, gagmay unya dinaghan... mas maayo para nako, dako nga jeep/buses unya in lesser volume of public utility vehicles ang result... besides, ngano mag antus man gyud tag multicab oi nga pwerting hasula sakyan, huot kaayo, mag sangit2x ang mga tuhod pastilan... if kung ang argument is gagmay ang dalan sa cebu, daghan man gani kaayo mga 10 wheeler/trailer mag dagan2x sa mga sudlunon/gagmayng iskini sa mga suok2x sa mandaue, so bigger jeeps and buses should not be an issue...

    3rd some kind of number or vehicle coding scheme (not necessarily same sa manila but more or less similar)... this works! really, let the numbers do the talking... ma reduce gyud ang sakyanan managan for that day, not by miraculous reduction, but there will be reduction of numbers...

    these are just my opinion as concerned citizen that is really pissed off na sad sa traffic situation diris cebu... so respetohay lang sad ta... if you don't have anything much better to say, then please respect and don't attack at my opinions...
    On your 1st. You are correct. The truck ban must be implemented strictly. However, I am not for extending the truck ban hours. Remember that these delays mean unnecessary expenses to business. At the end of the day, these expenses will ultimately be handed down to the consumers. Sakto rajud siguro ang balance kung i-implement lang ug sakto.

    Here in Manila, I've seen a traffic scheme that works for when the trucks are allowed to travel. They strictly implement the 1 lane policy for major thoroughfares. It didn't do a lot of improvement, but at least you can see a smoother flow of travel.

    On your 2nd, I completely agree. Why were these public multicabs allowed a franchise in the first place? PFffttt!

    On your 3rd, Abso-freaking-lutely! It potentially decreases private vehicles to around 20% a day.

    To add, I would:

    1. Call for the stricter implementation of "no parking on national roads and thoroughfares.".
    2. Call for the stricter implementation of present traffic rules. (no stopping, no jaywalking, etc).

    For the future, I'm hoping for the implementation of the BRT.

    Underground trains ray solution ana para mapugos ug train ang mga naay private cars in the future... Kung gi.trabaho pa lang unta ni nila decades ago pa, hagbay ra ni nahuman...

    Ok ra nako mag.antos ko ron sa trafic while gibuhat ang underground train system, para man sad na sa atong future generations

    1. Old bridge to stoplight, dapat gyud na e increase ang stoplight from 50sec to at least 100sec.
    2. bisan unsaon nang dicipline or truck ban, DAGHAN Ra kaayu sakyanan padung old bridge. bottleneck kaayu.

    Sa wla pa kahibalo: naay plano ang mandaue city government na mag widening dha sa AC cortes padung sa old bridge, they are planing to expand 7 meters both sides, PERO wa nila huna2x a ang old bridge dli na ma expand... so what will happen is they will create a bottle neck... how stupid can they be? they really think ang problem is ang widths sa road. wa cla ka huna2x is, ang problem is the traffic flow.

    My solution is to provide 2 flyovers for both city... 1 strategically located in the junction of plaridel st and AC cortes st. the fly over will cater busses and vehicles going to and from North Non stop! providing less traffic obstruction for traffic in AC cortes. While the other 1 will be located in ml quezon st corner mv patalinhug ave. near MENZI and the old bridge a fly over catering vehicles going from lapu lapu city public market and chruch to airport, MEPZ 1 and other LLC north barangays non stop! whith less traffic below disturbing vehicles from MEPZ2 going to mandaue.... in this scenario there there will be continuous movement of traffic from MV patalinhug ave, ML quezon st in LApu2x city, AC cortes st and Plaridel st. in Mandaue city... I have also a solution in case they would want to go under pass but it will cost them billions.....

    Pero to add, someday kung ma pass na ang Bill preventing private citizens to own any vehicles except bikes without parking garage at home I'm sure more than half of these vehicles we are seeing today will be gone....
