I have a Problem in Samsung Galaxy A5, please help or share..

Hi guys,

good evening ninyo mga istoryans...

mo share ta kos akong na kita nga problema sa Samsung Galaxy A5...

I bought the phone last April 2015, then naa koi nakita nga problema... if low to lowest brightness gani kai kong adto ko sa camera view naa koi makita nga mga white lines as in visible kong dark with low light ang scene..
then aside sa lines, naa sad reflection sa buttons or icons nga mo appear sad sa screen niya white sad siya with very low opacity..makita pod ko sa white lines adto sa gallery view sa photos..tapos if mag zoom in or zoom out ko kai modagan pod...

Please ko share sa inyo ideas if ngano ni, kai mismo taga samsung nga service center wa jd katubag..nailisan na ug LCD, Motherboard, Camera hasta ang housing na casing kai naapil napod..wa lang jpon mafix..

and as per them, nakatry clag check ug other a5 phones..naa sad daw to nga sort of bug..

anyone nga naka experience ani or naa idea please ko share..

mao nay drawbacks sa AMOLED display bai...

try having a 100% black image nya adto kag dark room. view the black image in full screen and you'll see what i'm trying to say...

mura cyag guba nga lines or something nga ni.blot sa screen pero normal rana sa amoled na display...

so for short and repair staff sa samsung itself doesn't have a full knowledge about the components inside the company's devices... But yeah i think you should get a new one instead of the unit that they were trying to fix where in fact there is nothing to fix at all.
