i'm not sure if it's the same as STD or could be one of the symptoms...

and besides, co-tri is recommended for uncomplicated UTI not STD.

as far as i can remember kanang "tulo" is the bisayan term when theres a very strong smell in your genital area associated with STD? im not so sure. but usually a strong smell in the genital is a sign of an infection and if its an STD related infection then the smell is not the same as someone with poor hygiene. lahi gyud ang baho. i remembered one my colleague at work described the smell as "smells like something has died down there"

well anyway, kung naa nay pus ("nana") then that is certainly an infection, like the not so known STD called "chancroid". its not as common as syphilis and herpes and it's one of the STD na possibly manimaho. mura ni syag bugas tan-awon and its filled with pus and it enlarges once it opens up. if theres more than one sore and close to each other then the sores can "join" together and make an even larger sore nya kung ma infected, baho gyud and its disgusting labi nag dako.

haha no, i'm not a doctor, not even a nurse. i do research for a pharmaceutical company and few years back we had a clinical trial on a particular STD drug so i've seen a few cases
