Daghan kapilian nga BPO nga dagko ug sweldo, ang panguta kay pilion ba ka nila..? Do you have what it takes to be paid those amounts?

New guys are almost always aiming for the high paying BPO centers. Madismaya ra mo if you're skills are not at par with the ones already working on those companies.

If total newbie pa ka TS, better get the feel sa industry, naay daghan BPO na sakto lang ang pay ug nindot ug benefits.

Remember lang TS, the higher the pay, the more the company is expecting you to perform (yes, it's called pressure). You will not last 6 months if dili ka maka sabay sa pace ug stress sa BPO life.

Been in the industry since 2003 and have only been in 4 centers, others have been in the industry half sa akong working years pero more than 5 na ang na agi-an na BPO companies.

If make work naka, enjoy the job and the money will follow. Do not enjoy the money while you hate your job.
