need some help about edimax dual wan router + zyxel modem from pldt

the router and modem runs fine with just usual internet and voip usage
the problem im facing when the modem lights are all on no blinking for a 2sec or less then reboots its self when a customer plays hon.

tried getting a replacement modem still reboots.
is the two incompatible or the modem just cant handle the router

ill post the model of the router when i get back to the cafe, the modem is the small type square box from pldt

may be you might want to consider doing a standalone test on a single pc directly connected to the telco's modem/router without using your edimax. if the device still reboots, by all means demand from you telco that they fix the problem or change the device. i have an experience at the office that pldt changed their router 3 times and still the equipment reboots. they have recabled drop wires twice already and we have recabled our inhouse wiring too. the last they they did that solved the problem was they changed it to another modem/router model.

yes, sakto ni, i try usa computer gamita bro pag dial kay i think pldt ni imo provider kay zyxl man ang modem. kay edimax dual wan sad ako gamit sofar ok man wala man problem pldt ug globe ako providers. make sure sad bro nga imo phone line direct to modem dapat walay extension kay mao sadna maka cause ug putol.

ask lang ko, unsa gyuy gamit sa dual wan, net 1 + net 2 = net 3 ba. ako pasabot nga ma plus ba ang duha ka speed sa globe of pldt? or ang dual wan back up lang ang isa? in case.
