I applied for a BPI Trade account June 3rd, 2013, but until today (23-Jun-2013), wala pa gihapon na approve. I went to the branch on Friday, I was advised na dili daw ni sila my deny ug investment applications, but may take time. I couldn't wait that long, coz' i'm the kind to get things started, and make sense of the world around me. So on Wednesday last week, which was past two weeks from my BPI Trade application, I sent my documents to COL Financial, and they were able to process my application for just 2 days. Wow, I was impressed. I still hope my BPI Trade account will be approved, coz withdrawing-and-funding is much simplified and efficient because they collaborate online banking with trading, like a one-stop-trading.
    I hope this helps.

Call BPI's customer service to have your password reset.
You can also send them an email.
Drop by BPI Trade here in Cebu (FGU bldg.) and get Norman's contact details.
He's in charge of BPI Trade here in Cebu.

Better ask Norman or anybody from BPI Trade.
I suggest visit them na lang at FGU Tower (just across Ayala) and ask them to guide you through the platform.

Amazing! Almost 2 years already, and I've had the same problem as well!

I'm really starting to question how the Ayala's do business - Globe is hell on earth when it comes to ISPs, BPItrade is crazy, etc. I used to be a fan but now, Ayala nalang siguro akong ganahan.

My case was worst, I tried to open an account with them 4x. Can you imagine someone on this planet still has the patient to convert to a customer 4x?!

The last straw was when I went to their FGU office. I was met by one arrogant prick who didn't bother to give me his name, etc.

Long story short, I sent a formal complaint to bpitrade and Norman took the arrogant arse off facing customers. I of course told Norman I'm not going to go through another process of getting converted.

Sad to hear Norman is going somewhere else, I guess what he told me when we talked was all real then.
