I like thibs though as a defensive coach only because his offense is not sophisticated enough for the NBA. What I mean is he can't come up with the offensive adjustments necessary to win against the Cavs. If the analysts say the Bulls doesn't have any players outside of DRose that can create a shot. Then why not do more misdirections or do the Indiana Pacers offense during the Miller days? Derrick Rose is not player he once was that can obliterate defenses with one-on-one plays anymore, he can't do it consistently, and when he goes out nobody plays the same style as he is on the bench.
With all of that being said, I can't wait for the lottery.
