I saw a video of him practicing his jumper. I don't know if he has fully healed from his injury and go 100% full-contact practices. What I hope to see him do is more footwork in the post like Hakeem's. You know, the spin move, the up and under, the bump and fade. He needs to have something to compensate his lack of size in the post offensively. I know it's a long shot developing those skills but we're at the dreaming and hoping stage right now. lol

The front office would make the call on who coaches the team. What I would assume though is thibs will not accept the Lakers job even if given to him for lack of talent. Who is he gonna rely upon on defense Nick Young and Sacre?

I like thibs though as a defensive coach only because his offense is not sophisticated enough for the NBA. What I mean is he can't come up with the offensive adjustments necessary to win against the Cavs. If the analysts say the Bulls doesn't have any players outside of DRose that can create a shot. Then why not do more misdirections or do the Indiana Pacers offense during the Miller days? Derrick Rose is not player he once was that can obliterate defenses with one-on-one plays anymore, he can't do it consistently, and when he goes out nobody plays the same style as he is on the bench.

With all of that being said, I can't wait for the lottery.
