Summer madness 2015!

Summer Madness is a 15-hour music festival designed to cater to different types of individuals in all ages and from all walks of life. It is considered as one of the biggest summertime events in the south where hundreds of local and foreign beachgoers are expected to come thus boosting the tourist arrivals and economic activities within a wide radius of the event area.

Musicians and artists are invited to provide live onstage performances during the event. A beach volleyball exhibition and other games that may be played on the sand will be held prior to the start of the music festival.

Food, photo, and beach apparel booths will be set-up inside the event area for the convenience of all participants.

This activity is expected to help promote the area’s tourism industry through a rise in the local and tourist arrivals and boost its economic activities.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To support the town’s tourism industry through the promotion of its tourist destination/s that will be featured before, during, and after the event.
2. To increase economic activities through the accommodation establishments, restaurants, and other related enterprise.
3. To help uplift the socio-economic conditions of the community that are directly and indirectly involved in all tourism activities
