    share lang nako mga techniques sa una

    1) 5 minutes jog, 3 minutes walk for 6 times once a week (para equivalent sa 30 minutes jog)

    2) 1 cup of rice (uncooked pa, bugas pa ba) divided for 3 meals (kamatay kaayo nga diet hehe)

    3) allocate ug one day per week para cheat day sa diet, silbi reward lang ba sa 6 days succesful diet , for motivation to continue ug para makalitan ang metabolism

    4) inom og green tea kada gabii makaimprove daw sa metabolism

    5) snack ug wheat bread or wheat crackers

    need help currently 6"00 with 282 lbs Age 20 obese jhud ko

    last week ra ko nagsugod
    Breakfast-Oatmeal+half sa century tuna+banana

    Lunch-Oatmeal or Wheatbread+century tuna or grilled fish(chunks in water)

    Dinner-Depends nalang if naa utan bisaya mag half rice ko if walay healthy food Oatmeal or wheatbread

    Exercise 30minutes everyday elleptical trainer ako buhaton after 5minutes kai 30minutes ko mo sprint then 30minutes hinay

    then if gutmon ko kai lahi man ako time 3am ko tig tulog mag fruits ra ko like papaya,banana,mango

    then bag.o ra nako gi sugdan ang hiit ba tawag ani like 30seconds kay ako paspason then 30seconds mag hinay2x napud

    is it healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week since over obese man ko?

    Almooonds, yummm. But whatever nut you prefer will do. Sometimes add or substitute it with peanut butter. If di mada ang taste, add some sweet fruit or raisins. hehe

    If di mada, then stick with your sched nalang. Your gut will slowly be able to adjust with your new diet. Aja, fighting!

    Try nako reg meal ko bfast then fruits and oats the rest of the day

    Felt so motivated now coz on my first week since I got back with my
    program, lost 1 kilo na That's a good start Aiming for more so
    when I'm back on the road in time for the June run, gaan na ko gamay

    pwede coconut? LOL!

    two weeks ago I lost 6lbs then this week I gained 2lbs, positive gahapon pero if pwede ipa naog.. LOL!

    Haven't been doing much exercise this week
    coz of lethargy and stayed on the couch
    watching the tube but I followed my diet woot!

    Been eating tuna/fish-veggie-fruit-wheat bread
    helpings and noticed "hiyos" na gamay ang
    tummy hehehe.. Coffee intake nalang ako
    icontrol though been drinking 2L of water daily.

    Ako Lang nanotice pod ang mood swings hahaha!
    Graveh dali ra ko mo irita close to a snap so looy
    Ako mapikhan hahaha.. Sorry nalang sa maigo

    Musta namo guys?

    It's my second week now, haven't gained nor lost any weight
    which is a good thing after all the crazy days I've been eating
    a lot since my sister arrived home. Last night nuon, Morag
    nakasabot sya na I'm serious with my diet so she lets me be
    na. Before man Gud, masuko if I don't eat as much as I used to.

    Still keeping my tuna-veggie-fruit diet since it's working for me.
    As for workout, zumba and floor exercises japon though I miss
    running so much but my ankle hasn't fully recovered.

    Ask Lang ko, is swimming a good sub for running?

    Hello been a while naka post ko. Started running for about a month na. Naa koy new motivation para mag exercise. Mu apil ko ug mga compi. Wala ko ga limit sa ako kaon but i train harder kay naa man koy apson na conditioning. Sa karon mu apil kos aquathon. Tri nay sunod ani. All you work work!
