    Diet svcked after getting depressed for breaking my arm and ending my competition goal for this year. Imma get serious next week...

    today...4-27-2015
    location: jogging at the seaside before swimming (30mins).....nanghagad ug pinakalit... at 6:00 am.
    breakfast: watermelon - 1/4 of whole size.
    snack: agad agad kay gutom... fruits sagol-sagol na kay dala salad... (papaya, apple, avocado,watermelon)
    lunch: saluyot na pinapaksiw (para iwas sa ulcer).. with katunga sa giprito na bangus for my protein...
    snack: pakyas kaau ko sa carbohydrates kay gipalitan ko ug favorite bread sa breadtalk... grrrr... cge lng isa ra man..
    dinner: mag-utan bisaya mi unya... with saluyot japon, mais, okra, alugbate basta tambal ulcer nako kay acidic raba ko. jejeje.

    day 1: success... current weight: 55kls... goal: 43kls... ----12kls to work out for 3mos....

    Faced an ugly truth yesterday while I was fitting into my old dance gear.
    I'm slowly going back to my old form ahaaaaxxx hahaha

    After dancing for a couple of hours, I realized not to whine on my injury
    anymore and simply alter my work out regimen... As much as I hate it
    but left me with no choice, I'll have to settle for floor exercises - focus
    on my core then my food intake.

    Aiming for size 9, right now I'm size 11. So lezzzzdodis! \m/

    ka notice ko buh kana mag exercise buh.. pag sugod mag lisod ug sugod pero pag naka sugod nah ang problema is pag hunong na pud.. LOL.. just emphasizing about the importance of rest.. mas maayo nalng ta mag rest kay sah ma injured

    2 nalang jud hehehe, ang tummy jud ui maoy lisod LOLS

    Kato nag gym pa ko, everyday nuon ko mag zumba morning
    and evening pero weight training ko every other day k mao
    instruction sa PT nako before. Karon Lahi na jud k himi na Kaau
    Ako spurring ankle, gamay exercise magsakit daun. Last night
    gali while Sayaw nako, magsakit pero sayaw japon hahha...

    Nice pod if gaghan tawo k mamotivated jud Ka og Lihok..

    Food Intake

    Breakfast - toasted wheat bread with strawberry jam and coffee

    Lunch - Miswa with Sardines and 1/2 cup rice

    Snacks - 3 pcs Peanut Butter Jelly Rolls

    Dinner - 1 pc wheat bread and banana

    Consumed more than 3L of water

    Work out Done:

    1 hour Zumba with 25 reps of
    •leg raise
    •crunches
    •oblique crunches
    •arm exercises with the dumb bells

    and capped with a 2-minute planking exercise

    Day 2 complete \m/

    wala na ko nakazumba kay dli maapas sa akong schedule pero bawi ko pirme every sat kay mag-aero, sayaw bali mga 4 ka kanta, ug mag-program

    mag 4months na ko nag exercise inig may15 and so far, naa na man na-lose, daghan2x na pud wala lang gyapon ko nag rice ug nag softdrinks
