is this altec lansing vs 3251 good enough?

good day istoryans, i have an altec lansing 251 5.1speaker system right now and i want to upgrade it. my budget is 5,000



what im planning on buying is the altec lansing vs 3251

what im after with the vs3251 is the wireless remote control ky gikapoy nako aning ako 251 kay walay remote control, nya mag sige kog tindog to change the volume becoz the volume control is with the right front speaker. (unsa dagoy meaning sa vs, value select?)

my questions are:
1. ok raba ang sound quality aning vs3251?
2. advantages and disadvantages?
3. or naa bay lain options nga lain speakers nga better at the range of 5,000?

naa mangud uban altec lansing pud like the 221 man siguro to nga pang value ra and dili kaayo maayo ug tingog.

try other brand of speakers, like creative and edifier para ma-compared nimo ang quality.. or go to any pc shops that sells remote controlled speaker system and try it for yourself..

bro whoopz....kini ako next upgrade, ako agaw palit ani suya kaau ko, medyu mahala lang pero di ka mahay maka dungog ani...Altec Lansing GT5051 5.1 kaso gi discontinued sa Altec...ninduta raba unta, pero di gihapon nimo type bro kai wa remote.

yup, ive seen those speakers bro, looks cool and im expecting nga nice pud iya sound quality. pero as you said, wala man remote.. and mura mas ganahan ko nga separated ang rear speakers.

nipalit nako sa vs 3251. hehehe.... so far, nice ang sound quality and kusog ayu cya, a lot louder than my old one. yah, its not the best one around coz baratuhon ra, but it fits all my needs and expectations. now i can enjoy watching movies and playing games, and not have to stand up just to change the volume.


by the way, OT lang.
do separate sound cards (let's say mga P3,000.00 card from creative) really give a lot of improvement in comparison sa built-in?

or good enough na ang built-in hi-def gikan sa motherboard?

dili ba pud waste ra sa money ang separate sound cards?

yes, it will improve the performance and the quality of your music. its really not a waste if your very much particular sa sound quality.
