how to diagnose if Power Supply is failing

hello! unsaon nako pag ka hibaw if buhi pa ba ako PSU? i mean if capable pa ba sya.. coz naa ko na salvage dre na 300W PSU from my old PC
and sayangan man gud ko... i use it on a very economical setup , for office use ra jud (Celeron 420, ECS Mobo, 512 DDR2, no videocard, no optical drive)

kuyawan man gud ko na mu palyar ni... naa ta diagnostics to check this? thanks!

i short ang green wire og any black wire sa 20 pin nga connector. if mu andar, basin ok na. but you need a multitester to really test the actual voltage when loaded. if less than 11.7v ang 12v rail, mas ok if mu palit kag lain supply basin ma todas imong harddisk or mobo.

palit nlng ug brandnew bai lisud na ng ma tsambahan ka, tiway nya na imu harddisk or mobo.

thanks.. mahala na diay sa PSU oi.. kasaran mga baligya tag p800... naa man toh tag 400 or 500 ra sauna... naa mo suggestion asa palit barato? d mani for gaming... office works lang, thanks

naa ko baligya, casing with 350watts/325wats PSU... check lang sa buy & sell
