Let me quote you a Gaming Rig for a 60k budget. This would be the best specs I can recommend to you. These are all based in PC Quickbuys, Nutech and Gaisano Interpace pricelist.

you're welcome bro... for the ram, 8GB will do... but ok ra gani ang 4GB... daghan kaayo ka tan-awon ani. like sa speed & timing. better, unaha'g palit ang mobo ug CPU para ma tailor nimo ang mem modules. para dili ka maka gasto ug unnecessary sa mem modules. basin mo palit ka'g mahal pero, not needed or dili ma gamit sa mobo or CPU ang full potential nya... sayang lang... like mopalit ug Corsair Dominator Platinum (high speed) then mag H81 mobo and non-K CPU ra diay... sayang kaayo... example lang ni ha...

for the monitor, size lang hatag nko nmo ha... get the 22" ~ 24" para maximize... mao ni ang swak na size na dili sakit sa mata during gaming.

ok kaayo nang 60K na budget nmo, ayaw lang palabi pud ug pili sa mga unnecessary na items... unaha'g palit ang "need"... last priority nang mga "nice to have". ask ta diri'g price quotation sa atoanng mga kakusa na naa'y shops...

mATX pwede na sa imohang gamit dili na kinghalan ug ranger. Gamit ug AMD para ang subra bagsak sa GPU or gsync gaming monitor. kinghanlan AIO Water cooler pag unlock edition imong paliton. Ang lock edition pwede pud na i Overclock pero mas lesod2x gamay. Naa ra nimo kung i OC nimo imong CPU regardless of lock edition. My advice - get AMD unlock edition - ma li-ngaw ka ana ug Overclocking. Di na lisod karon ang CPU i overclock kay UEFI bios naman tanan. dili pareha sa una na dos. Daghan sang guide sa 'google' for OC. dali na lang na kay multiplier lang ang gamiton.

Ayaw pag gasto ug maayo kay kining atong gi pahimo karon luma 3 years from now - LOL. mu gawasay na ang 4K gaming monitor down the road. Tanan GPU na walay DP 1.3 basura na. Lu-oy ka-ayo ta mga konsumer. Gi pa tuyok2x lang ta sa mga karaho Intel/AMD

Build lang sa kaya nimo para 3 years from now dili sakit mag ilis ug bago napod - this is based on my personal experience. Dili lang ang hardware nag change hasta pud ang OS.

i compare ang presio sa AMD FX cpu kaysa Intel cpu. You get more bang for your buck with AMD. BUY AMD
FYI - i don't represent AMD or any vendors. I'm a PC hobbyst who MOD for only friends and help them out on thier build.

For the shops, cheap dri : Nutech and Gaisano Interpace. (usahay mkatiming sad ka cheap dri sa istorya, pero panagsa ra and ang mga cheap nga baligya, dali ra mapalit daun. MGA SNATCHER MGA TAW DRI SA ISTORYA)

-For the specs, if ganahan jd ka ultra high, priority nmu ang video card, and then processor (pwede ra i5, best ang i7. dmd i3).

-Learn to research on the details sa video card, dli kay pailad ka anang technician nga moingon "2gb nana ang videocard sir". Most probably, ang videocard nga imu gapangitaon for ultra high sa battlefield or any graphic-heavy game will cost around 15k upwards. (Note : Mag depende pd na sa game nga imu plano dulaon. If mag plan raka mag Dota2 permi or MMORPG nga duwa, sayang lng ang potential saimu 15k card, and a 10k card will suffice for ultra high)

-Also learn to avoid bottlenecks sa build nmu. Useless imung R9 290x if imu monitor kay 19.5 inch lng unya 720p. Useless imung SSD kung dli maproperly utilize sa motherboard ang speed. Useless ang watercooled processor if wala kay plano ioverclock (typically mada rana sa heatsink fan ang normal load)

gpu's and monitor should be hand in hand.. sakto ang isa ka istoryan ngari nga dapat above 60 hertz imong monitor to capitalise the fps unlock na mahatag sa imong gpu.. for the monitor can only display 60refreshing rate.. mao ning mga fps gamer ka dapat up to 100+ jd imo needed hertz..

+1. They use to be neck and neck, now its more like head and shoulders.

even though amd phenom ako processor krn, i have to agree intel makes better/faster processors than amd. It's not just about the cores and the ghz, its also about the architecture. (ex. a 3.5ghz i7 can easily beat a, lets say, 4ghz amd fx processor)
