    30% exercise and 70% diet jud daw beyee
    so far, wala na ko nag rice sicne march 1 and exercise everyday, naa man pud tawn resulta nakita

    pero kita ko gi tag ko nimo sa ila puti sa insta, unsaon na lang kung makadaog ka ato no? mokaon jud ko

    One cup of rice ra ko in a day, usually sa lunch..

    Breakfast - oatmeal and fruits or wheat bread veggie sandwich

    Lunch - one cup rice with tuna or regular fish gisugba

    Dinner - a bowl of mixed fruits or veggie salad

    Then 3L of water or more everyday.

    Sat-Sun ko mag sweets and meat pero one cup rice japon

    Lost 33 lbs in 6 months then went back to work na,
    my weight on a plateau phase..

    sundugan ko ni nga menu bey, para mas madaghan ko ug ma lose na weight
    pero goodluck na lang nako sa no pork or chicken on weekdays, maluya man guro ko

    Pero ni ingon man ako trainer risse na needed pod ang
    meat pero ako Lang jud nag stricto sa ako self k sauna
    man Gud nagfatty liver nako then dili lalim ingnan ka og
    "Welcome to the 200 Club" pag abot nako 201 lbs hahaha

    day XX - wa na pud ko ka swim today.. pero did not eat much pud.. tomorrow mo swim ko for sure.. might bring the paddle to build upper body strength

    I realized 3 months sounds dugay pero sa tinud.anay dali ra man diay... dalia ra gud sa panahon.. maintain lang ta ug exercise and eating right next thing we know sexy na ta tanan.. LOL! basin did2 na ta sa before and after thread mag standby.. LOL

    Kaya mo yan bai

    Started my one rice and fish for breakfast,
    fruit bowl and crackers for lunch then tuna pasta
    last night.

    Walked home from work Muna since last Saturday
    pa ko gi-ingnan na ok na ako ankle from therapy.
    I'll be back on the road run next week

    I'm fighting the urge not to binge due to emotional
    stress. It's so hard jud labeh na init you simply want
    to eat something cold and sweet.
