I sense a lot of bitterness in this post.

So, if you say some fact its called bitterness, ok
I'll ask you, was my previous post true or not? "i only need a YES and NO answer" (the ratio thing/ first come first serve, even if that member is outperforming the other) wa pay labot sa inyo mga JD (para paygrade) dinha.

Before I answer that, let me first ask a proof that you were really a Fluor member.
If you can prove it, then your post could be substantiated as facts.
If not, then all those are hear-says.

As a Fluor member, one has contractual obligations to the employer.
Other companies would force their rules and regulations down your throat and consider it non-negotiable.
But unlike most companies, Fluor listens to its members and try to provide the best career in the most professional way possible.
Proof: Trainings for competency, Trainings for new skill set, Trainings for leadership, Mentoring, Personality Development, and a lot more.
Not many companies do that and i am in a dismay that you have to exit from the best company in the industry.

Fluor as a company is no doubt the best on its league.

    Proof:

Question for you: Has Fluor done anything unethical to you?

As far as I know, in any company in the Philippines, there will always be better options abroad. Pero all things considered, once it is all said and done, and time abroad comes to an end, the Fluor employees will still want to come back. The people in Fluor (regular or contractual) have enjoyed the biggest professional growth in their career when they joined Fluor. Thanks to all the training and professional development offered and funded in house.

Also, when Fluor opened in 2011, they made the biggest impact to Cebu Engineering profession. Not just to Fluor employees, but to the employees of competing companies as well. Salaries went up. Standards went up. Even the Cebu community and schools benefited.

The bitterness you feel is understandable. But Fluor and its employees does not deserve the statement you gave.
