if you live in a place near a hill or mountain try walking until the top/peak...
it would improve your endurance. Next is try to run short sprints 100 m or even just a
50 m then walk another 100 m or 50 m. Balik balik hangtod maabot sa ibabao.
if wala jud ug flat or road ra jud available, run slow or jog slow until u develop
