    if you live in a place near a hill or mountain try walking until the top/peak...
    it would improve your endurance. Next is try to run short sprints 100 m or even just a
    50 m then walk another 100 m or 50 m. Balik balik hangtod maabot sa ibabao.

    if wala jud ug flat or road ra jud available, run slow or jog slow until u develop
    enough muscle strength sa imong legs.. naay sad mga tips tua sa istorya runners club
    ug sa jogging and walkers thread.

    day... ambot basta katong sunday.. cheat day.. don't ask.. hahahahha!

    monday.. wa ka workout.. only pigged out at house during dinner nag shabu2x..
    tuesday.. naka swim pero wa na record ang progress.. nag shabu2x gahapon.. liki ang tiyan saka busog.. LOL

    hi, ask ra to kog opinion sa mga expert diha about losing weight. ok ra ba nah walking / jogging? akong route kay tuyok ra sa 2nd bridge to first bridge, every saturday og sundy ra gyud ko maka lugar. maka pagamay bah kaha nas akong lawas? hihi TIA

    Sir ang maka pa lose ug weight kay ang calorie deficit/diet man. No matter how many times ka mag dagan2x and how long, if ang mong kaon mas labaw sa imong nasunog/nagamit, di jud ka muhiyos. Cardio only helps boost calorie deficit
