I don't know anything about the Ayala TP, but regarding delays and disputes to salary, wala mana nahitabo ang "delay" diri sa IT Park nga site (which is formerly Aegis)...

Pinaka-grabe nga delay sa sweldo is hapon na siya nisud sa bank account (which I blame BPI)... pero same day raman gihapon siya actually sa sweldo which is either the 10th or the 25th... I think maka-ingon ka ug delay na if mu-lapas na sa actual payday dates mentioned above... Normally though by 5 or 6am kay maka-withdraw naka sa sweldo...

Disputes? I dunno, never experienced it, mag-2 years nako diri and pila nani ka-months nga Teleperformance na ang IT Park nga site...

14k ang basic... naa'y night diff and hazard pay (if imung sched masud sa hazard pay schedule)... ang bonuses kay depende nana sa account kung asa ka mabutang...

Yes, naa'y non-voice sa IT Park nga site, gaming... And please, ayaw mo ug PM nako para lang mu-ask if "di gyud mu-take ug calls" or "non-voice gyud siya bro" questions... I repeat, non-voice siya... If you're planning to apply, it's not necessary or a requirement nga "gamer" ka (it's an added bonus nalang if you are) so ayaw kahadlok apply... Of course, make sure lang nga you can rate yourself as an 8/10 (or above) in oral English communication skills and 8/10 (or above) in English writing skills.

how much is the basic pay in teleperformance? im from convergys but im open up in trying out a new company with a good pay

actually sa account stressful na jud. Still planning to apply for other accounts in convergys, planning to target Cigna. But im open for other offers also from other companies. At least I can weight things also before i can decide where to settle hehe
