Bent pins? or any physical damage maglisod ka pa RMA ana, pero rare ra kaayo ka kasugat ug issues sa new procies ug factory defective.

basin ang pasabot ni bro hawkshock kay dunay bent pins ang mobo, then the problem is really not the cpu. TS did you try your cpu using another mobo if it's working?

its not working boss.. i tried 3 working mobos then nothing happened... sa procie jud guba bisag unsa na diagnose akong gibuhat...

yes boss, nag himo nko ug ticket for RMA, medyo dugay lang mo reply ang cs sa intel kay thru email raman.. huwat pako sa confirmation.... ang procie is under warranty pa man... ako lang concerned is sakto ba jud akong gibuhat na procedures kay dugay man gud ang replay sa email sa intel.....

^ pwede ka maka send ug follow-up email bro. mention lang ang imohang ticket number or request number na pending para ma fast track nila... daghan man gud nang naka line-up for response... naa ra mana sa database nila...
