got a problem with this website.. if mg.upload ko ug new changes sa website.. dili jud mo.update even if ako i.clear ang cache.
pero after an hour or two ky updated na..
any ideas?

i think sa ISP nga ng.cache. ky same pc in same connection has the same outdated file pero my clients in US are seeing the updated version man.
Any ideas unsa.on pg.fix if it's ISP's fault?
