hala.. d way i cook it is like this
much better if i marinade the meat overnyt or atleast 1 hour sa ref
then
saute garlic and onion (from marinade, pwede pod)
fry the meat till golden brown.. kanang mu gold jud ah! hehehe
then ang katong marinade, ako ibutang..
wait lang mga 10-15 mins till tender sa med heat.. then serve
i want adobo na may sabaw gamay.. di k anang uga ra kaau, mura ra ka nag prito ug marinade na meat ..
marinade mix :
toyo, suka, paminta buo, salt, gamay sugar. laurel leaves, onion, bawang..
pero pag dinalian: kanang gutom na jud au!!!
deep fry meat
then habwaa ang meat.. tangtanga ang oil, pagbilin lang gamay
saute garlic and onion.. then ibalik ang meat
then butang ka toyo, suka, paminta, salt, sugar..
pag nibukal na.. OK na! or if nahan ka uga na adobo, its ur choice..
adobong baboy...
ang baboy imong pabukalan sa kaha with salt / gamay patis lang...
hangtod mahubas na ang tubig... imong nga pahinayan ang siga kayo...
ang mantika mohinay-hinay na og gawas sa baboy... (no need to add oil)
ang kaugalingong oil sa baboy mao ra moluto o mo-fried sa baboy... wait untill mo-crispy na...
whaaalaaaaa!!!! ana lang.... hehehe...

This is how I cook my adobo
Cook time: 1ΒΌ hours 15 min prep
1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 kg pork liempo or pork belly, cubed
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
Procedure
1. Combine chicken and pork with a mixture of vinegar, 1 tablespoon garlic, bayleaf, soy sauce and peppercorn. **
2. Boil then simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes or until almost tender.
3. If mixture is dry, add about 1/2 cup water.
4. Simmer covered until completely tender.
5. Saute remaining garlic in hot oil until brown.
6. Add meat then fry until brown.
7. Add adobo sauce and simmer.
** I have this habit of adding brown sugar everytime I cook, so for adobo I add 2 tbsp brown sugar on the first step
adobo bisaya or tagalog? duha man klase?
whats the difference between the tagalon and bisaya version?
as Ive observed Adobo in Cebu looks more like Lechon Kawali to me..lol, wala sabaw, giprito lang
adobo sa manila kay murag humba, then ang ato diri kay gi prito sa mantika.!!
oposite ato..
