This is my usual route whenever I go home to Carles, Iloilo...
*Cebu - Toledo (1 hour at least)
**Toledo - San Carlos City (2 hours at least). RORO will cost P1,730 one way for SUV (driver is free) + other fees. P190 - P210 per passenger. I suggest you book your ticket from Lite Shipping in Cebu 3 days before your scheduled departure.
***San Carlos City - Bacolod City via Don Salvador Benedicto Route ( 2 hours at least)
****Bacolod City - Dumangas, Iloilo (2 hours at least). RORO will cost P800 one way for SUV (free driver + 1 passenger) + P375.00 terminal fee. I also suggest you reserve to Tri-Star shipping 1 day in advance to assure you of desired schedule.
*****Dumangas Port - Carles, Iloilo (2.5 hours at least)
You have to consider the waiting time in the ports (Toledo & Bacolod City)... More or less, it will take you 13 hours in going there...
Gigantes Island is part of the Municipality of Carles, Iloilo. Estancia, Iloilo is a nearby municipality where you can go to Gigantes Island.
