ohhh thats crap. hmmm... u might get demoted if u pursue ur feelings bro. better one of u resign if its love u both have. keeping it a secret is just temporary. gossip and intrigues in the work place is inevitable and will definitely affect you and your girl's job. trust me been there done that. Unless u own the company and fire everybody that comes on ur way that wont be a problem.

eventually we kept it a secret but the word got out. during a date on valentines day one of our co-eployee saw us and the word was out. people started connecting the dots and every action i made in favor of her came out of the closet. she resigned and i got transferred to a sister company. she has a BF btw. iv seen him during company outings, bldg lobby during uwian, etc. so everybody knows she's with someone but not with me. honestly sinusulot ko sya sa bf nya. when she resigned i didnt hear from her nor did i make a move to communicate.
