hello sir. Grade 1 can be replaced dbam? high fiber diet pra dli hard stools sir if with pain try Factu or Faktu bana supps... iwas food that will.make your stool hard. hopr it helps.

daghang factors... normally, the moisture content of your stool decreases the further it goes into your large intestine, the lesser the moisture content when it entered the harder the stool

I have had this condition, here's what worked for me:
*more water
*more fiber in my diet
*spicy food may sound counter productive; however, it worked well for me in reducing the inflamation but watch out as according the experts, it may cause irritation - nikaon kog daghang kimchi (spicy + fiber)
* I also used vics vapor rub ky external raman- nawala xa in just a few minutes pero mubalik xa ig popo nako but nagkagamay

If your doctor gave you meds drink it. How long have you taken it anyway? Advise is follow what your doctor says.

To prevent hard stools.

Drink a few more.glasses of water, eat high fiber foods such as whole wheat, oat meal, fruits and veggies. And Faktu. You do this to alleviate the bleeding.

I havent heard vics as to alleviate Hemorrhoids though.

To the above poster I think yours is different from the TS since yours can be reduced or replaced. His is an internal.
