Responsibilities:

• Encourage tutors to conduct classes.
• Responsible for reaching target.
• Monitor active teacher ratio.
• Plan and host events for teachers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in the ESL industry
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language both oral and written.
• Basic general computer skills.
• With training and developmental skills.
