    +1 ko sa mga myfitness pal nga app

    grabe ka gamit ang chart nah ma kit.an nimo ang macro nutrients ( carbs, protein and fat) ratio

    note lang.. dili man nah maka tabok ang rice.. it is complex carbs (even white) meaning it takes a while for body to digest it.. brown and ect rice mas fiberous lang.. ang problema sa rice is ang mga tao mo over eat ug rice. If dili lang mo over eat okay ra man.. sa akong myfitnesspal nga app @ 1.6k calories per day naka eat pa ko ug 5 cups of rice (para sa whole day)

    eat the right proportion sa ako gi-mention earlier and eat in right sequence. If you do, magutom ka after 4-6 hours. Ako, minsan after 7 hours pa gabi basta sakto lang gyud na type of food, thus, limiting myself to eat 3X a day lang. kung gutomon sad ka in between that 3 major meals, eat fruits and garden salad instead of any type of carbo.

    Sayon ra pagpaniwang pero di luya ug dili gutom, reduce meat intake, do that in two months time gradually for your body to adjust. Replace meat with vegetables and fruits as you go along the way. Lifestyle change gyud ang kinahanglan ani, no more softdrinks and you can replace it with water or naay sagol fruit juice. Lihayan pud mag sige inom bugnaw tubig after every meal aron di maglisod imong tiyan ug trabaho.

    nindot nga substitute sa rice kay ang camote or if nag white rice switch to brown but medyo mahal lang ni siya

    kaon sa saktong oras but less sa imong usual na kan-onon, for example kung mag 1 rice ka sa una, pwede half na lang

    but akong gibuhat kay wala na ko nag-rice for a month and a week na (i'm planning to do this for 3months) and nag-exercise pud hinuon ko everyday; and ang pinaka-sad decision ever kay wala na nag softdrinks since january so far, so good man hinuon

    among hr sa office, kamote ra pirme gikaon + exercise, flat kaayo ug tummy
