any exercise that has to do with jumping helps. jumping jacks, tumbling, flips, somersaults, etc.
If gusto gyud ka ma sure kung fats na or natural nga burot imo pus-on... try to get ripped! Cut! shredded! bodyfat below 10%... there, you'll see your hard worked muscles (sit ups, crunches, leg raises..)...

planking. effective. maka-firm sa arms, tummy, legs and glutes.
i especially like it kay aside from i'm really tapulan doing serious workout routines, there's not much to do but agwantahon lang hangtod kanus-a kaya. hahaha
