    I started with Starting Strength for almost 2 years and made good gainz, karon nga nag cut nako, Fierce 5 for cutting

    Nindot na nga routine para beginner as stated above. There are other modifcations sa routine pero same principle.
    Mao gyud mao ni gipabuhat sa akong trainer pa karon for 12 weeks daw ni. Wala man siya mga modifications gipa follow gyud niya ang routines. hehehe

    back to basics... total body 3x a week, 2 sets

    warm up (cardio, HIIT on treadmill.. 2 mins 3km/h then alternating of 10km/h and 6km/h 30 seconds each for 3 mins then 2 mins 3km/h)

    circuit 1
    chin up
    push up
    squats
    crunch

    circuit 2
    incline press
    row
    lunges
    plank

    circuit 3
    military press
    delt raise
    deadlift
    russian twist

    circuit 4
    hammer curl
    tricep pullback
    calf raise
    superman

    cool down (treadmill 10mins at 3km/hr)

    *swim 500m optional
