    Default Wrist and Ankle weights.


    Good day mga ka istoryans,

    Just want to ask if naa ba mo nahibaw an if asa ta makapalit ug ankle and wrist weights.. hehehe..

    e search nalang TS. i think dumbbells will suffice for ankle exercise. you can also use gripping tools pareha anang gibaligya sa mga malls

    mao pud ta na akong balak before bai.. dumbbells or kanang gripping.. kaso mas preferred man gud nako ang weights.. hehehe.. para ma ware ra nako in daily. hehehe.. paanad lang bai.. but nyways.. thanks sa suggestion..

    try sa mga sports shops sa malls like toby's or chris sports, etc...
